these
Unforgettable Americans
Each "Faces of History" game contains a face mask,
biography, quotes and multiple choice trivia questions about a
famous American. History comes alive when student teams use
the face mask to take a turn at "being" a famous American.
They answer fun, multiple choice trivia questions, all based
on facts and quotes taken directly from the biographies, such as:
- "If you want to taste freedom, keep going."
- "I shall never do a man's work for less than a man's pay."
- "They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety."
- "Tis better to be alone than in bad company."
